Obtained from at least 90% Chardonnay grapes, it undergoes a very short skin maceration.
After fermentation, it carries out the entire malolactic fermentation and ages on the fine lees for a few months.
The result is a white with a juicy drink with a decisive aromatic persistence with hints of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit.
