Dolcetto superiore is a different interpretation of the classic Dolcetto wines, obtained from plants whose ripes fastly maintaining young flavours and equilibrium.
With a brilliant ruby colour, the dominant flavours are cherry, strawberry and slightly spicy.
The taste is tipically dry, the sip is fresh and attractive, with a pleasable structure chacterized by an unusual elegance.
