Obtained by a direct pressing of Brachetto grapes. It ages 4 months on lees after alcoholic fermentation.

With a onion-pink colour, it has a fragrance of rose, strawberry and fresh fruits typical of the variety. The taste is soft and moderately fresh.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is a versatile wine that well adapt to accompany mediterranean cuisine and light dishes.
